CHEMIPHASE pHCorrect68 is an unique product that has been carefully formulated to aid the cleaning and filtration of biodiesel.

The product contains a mixture of organic acids, dispersants and chelating agents that will enhance the filtration process whilst  improving the stability the fuel.

CHEMIPHASE  pHCorrect68 should be added to the produced biodiesel once the glycerine layer has been removed and no filter aids have been added.

Sufficent pHCorrect68 is added to bring the pH of the biodiesel back to 6.8-7.5
To avoid over dosing of the product we recommend the biodiesel is continually mixed while the PHCorrect68 is being added. It is good practice to add the product in stages in order not to over use.

Once the pH has fallen to 6.8-7.5 further mix for 5-10 minutes before adding the filter aid and then carrying on the filtration and polishing  processes.
