CHEMIPHASE FilterKlear 700 has been uniquely formulated to aid the filtering process of DRY WASHING using Magnesol or alternatives. 
FilterKlear 700 acts as a binding agent to increase the effectiveness of the filtering media.

Treatment Process:

CHEMIPHASE FilterKlear 700 should be dosed after Glycerine level has been removed and the required level of Magnesol or equivalent has been added. Please note in order to reduce the level of Magnesol or equivalent we recommend  pHcorrect68 is first added before the Magnesol, in order to reduce the pH of the oil to 7. Once at this point we recommend adding the Magnesol and then mixing well then add the FilterKlear700 and further mix well.

We suggest mixing for a minimum of 10 minutes to ensure dispersion of FilterKlear 700. Once this has been completed the filtering process currently employed can be activated.  The results you should achieve are decreased filtering times + improved clarity in Bio diesel.

Dilution Rates:  (As per 1000 Litres of Bio Diesel)

CLEAR FILTRATE                        0.5 – 1 litres

SEMI CLEAR FILTRATE               1.5 – 2 LITRES

CLOUDY FILTRATE                     2.5 – 3 LITRES

VERY CLOUDY FILTRATE           4 LITRES
